there, but this kind of growth is also a direct result of accelerated upskilling, a continuous focus on improvement and boosting efficiencies and an employee feedback loop system that helps us continuously optimise capacity and performance.
To that end, we’ ve invested heavily in developing our workforce. When we opened the factory, finding experienced talent for a highlyautomated manufacturing environment was challenging, so we created an in-house training programme that enables people with little or no manufacturing experience to become production-ready in just four to six weeks. That programme has become a cornerstone of our factory floor success, supporting our culture of continuous learning as the technologies and products we work with every day continue to evolve.
Today, many employees who started on the production floor have advanced into roles in engineering, quality, IT and leadership.
