Standing at 1.68m and weighing around 60kg, Figure 03 is Figure AI’ s everydaypurpose humanoid robot. The company says it can take care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning and doing dishes, all autonomously. Figure 03 features 44 degrees of freedom and has tactile fingertip sensors to handle more delicate tasks. The humanoid robot can run for up to five hours and holds a top speed of 1.2 metres per second.
It is powered by Helix which is an AI system developed in partnership with OpenAI. After a lengthy testing process by the company, Figure 03 has now been deployed in a commercial setting. BMW announced Figure 03 sequencing in Spartanburg’ s Hall 52 in June 2026 and Catalyst Brands is the first named customer beyond BMW at a Reno distribution centre.
