Virve Viitanen is based in Helsinki ,
Finland . She is the Head of Global Customer Care and Support at ABB Motion Services . Viitanen has spent 17 years at ABB and is responsible for customer support and on-demand services to customers worldwide . Viitanen studied at Tampere University of Technology where she earned a Master ’ s Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management . She later earned an Executive MBA at Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development .
