From the production stage , the company has plants in Guatemala to serve Central America and the Caribbean ; while Venezuela , Colombia and Peru covered the Andean Pact ; Chile caters to Bolivia ; Argentina concentrates its exports to Uruguay and Paraguay ; and Brazil has a steady productivity towards the rest of South America . It should be noted that Clariant is one of the few industries with presence in Venezuela .
