“ If you have a production issue, you often need to traverse through structured and unstructured data,” says Anupam.

“ We have a platform that sits on top of Databricks and provides users with causality analysis. If a delivery was delayed, it can look at inventory challenges, transportation challenges and outside factors like weather patterns.”
