Shiv Trisal is a Global Industrials GTM leader at Databricks, where he drives worldwide adoption of data and AI solutions across manufacturing, transportation, automotive, logistics and energy industries. He focuses on building industry-specific solutions, ecosystem partnerships and go-to-market strategies that help enterprises unlock value from data and applied AI. In his role, he engages with executive teams to shape data and AI strategies that drive largescale digital transformation and competitive advantage.
Previously, Shiv held leadership roles at Raytheon Technologies, where he led product and go- to-market efforts for connected aviation and digital transformation initiatives. He has also worked with EY and Strategy &, building a strong foundation in strategy, analytics and innovation. Shiv also serves as a board advisor to Celebal Technologies and is engaged with the Wharton AI & Analytics Initiative. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a bachelor’ s degree in Electronics Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology.
