Palome is an industrial engineer . He began working for Bosal in Mexico in 1994 , in the production area . Later he took various positions in the areas of engineering , industrial maintenance , quality control , human resources and logistics ; until 2008 , when he took over the top management post of the subsidiary , as Managing Director of the plant in Queretaro , a position he has held until today .
