RENAULT & THALES: WHY ARE AUTOMAKERS TURNING TO DEFENCE?

Renault Group and Thales have created a tactical vehicle called 4 TROOP as a range of automakers make defence agreements. Franck Naro, Engineering VP- Vehicle Projects & Operations at Renault Group, says:“ We are exploring a pragmatic, sovereign approach to operational mobility to quickly address new armed forces requirements.”
