With over 30 years of experience in a wide range of operational functions in engineering and manufacturing , Kurt Miller has joined Bettcher Industries as Vice President of Operations .
Miller ’ s key responsibilities for the role include the implementation of manufacturing best practices as well as leading the organisation to a ‘ world class ’ status harnessing 80 / 20 methodologies , lean production practices and continuous improvement techniques .
