Michelle Peluso has taken over as CEO of Revlon Group , joining the company ’ s Board of Directors .
She comes to Revlon with deep global operational and strategic experience , having previously been Chief Customer and Experience Officer at CVS Health .
Michelle has previously held global chief marketing officer roles at IBM and Citi . She also holds a position on the Board of Directors of Nike .
Danfoss has appointed Rogerio Federici as its new Head of Danfoss Turbocor Compressors , effective January 1 , 2025 .
Federici who has been Head of Sales & Marketing for Danfoss Turbocor , brings 28 years of experience at Danfoss to his new role .
