Frank St. John has held a variety of roles at Lockheed Martin, including EVP of Missiles and Fire Control and EVP of Rotary and Mission Systems. Since becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2020, he has focused on aligning strategy and execution to strengthen its programmes and deliver on its commitments to customers. In his role, he oversees the strategic, operational and financial performance of the organisation with 121,000 employees and more than 350 facilities worldwide.
