More than 100 manufacturing plants, 200 distribution centres and 65,000 P & G employees are led by Luc Reynaert as Chief Product Supply Officer. His remit covers manufacturing, planning, purchasing, engineering, quality and programme management. He has been with the company for nearly four decades, holding roles in engineering before leadership positions in the Product Supply division. Across these positions, Luc has consistently focussed on business growth and bringing new products to market. Luc’ s leadership has tackled organisational silos by aligning the automation strategies of different divisions. He also helped to steer the company through unprecedented disruption during the COVID-19 pandemic. Beyond his internal roles at P & G, Luc is actively involved in the broader industry, serving on the Gartner Supply Chain’ s Executive Advisory Board and the Industry Advisory Board for Global Supply Chain Management at Antwerp Management School.
